How does a Remote Book Buyer typically collaborate with publishers and suppliers to ensure timely acquisitions?

As a Remote Book Buyer, you will regularly communicate with publishers, distributors, and suppliers through email, phone, or virtual meetings to negotiate terms, confirm availability, and place orders. Real Estate Sales Agent

Mike Wood Team - RE/MAX Professionals

Sparks, NV • Remote

$48K - $196K/yr

Full-time

Posted 2 days ago

Job description

Real Clients. Real Support. Real Earnings.

Most agents spend years building a business before it actually feels like one. At the Mike Wood Team, RE/MAX Professionals, we skip that part. You'll join an established, high-performing team backed by one of the most recognized brands in real estate, with a live Zillow lead pipeline, hands-on coaching, and a schedule you control.

If you're ready to work hard and work smart, the infrastructure is already here. We just need the right person to use it.

What Makes the Mike Wood Team Different

Zillow preferred leads, already coming in. This role is built around working Zillow's preferred lead program. You'll have a consistent, high-intent pipeline flowing to you from day one. If converting motivated, ready-to-act buyers and sellers is where you thrive, this is your seat.

The RE/MAX name opens doors. You're not just joining a team. You're backed by a globally trusted brand that buyers and sellers already recognize and respect.

Work from anywhere. This is a fully remote-capable role. You'll have everything you need to run your business, manage clients, and close deals without being tied to a desk.

AI handles the busywork. We've built AI tools into our workflow to take care of administrative tasks so you spend your time on people, not paperwork.

Real mentorship, not just management. Mike Wood's team is hands-on. You'll get direct coaching, polished marketing support, and the kind of leadership that actually invests in your growth.

This Role Is Right for You If...

You're specifically excited about working Zillow leads and committed to making that your priority. This isn't a generalist agent role.

The agents who succeed here are focused, responsive, and understand that speed-to-lead and consistent follow-up are what separate top producers from the rest.

You're a self-starter who wants to build real wealth, not just collect a paycheck. You genuinely enjoy helping people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives. And you want to be part of a team that holds a high bar, because that's what makes everyone better.

Day-to-Day, You'll Be:

  1. Working an active Zillow lead pipeline with urgency and consistency
  2. Conducting buyer and seller consultations that build trust and drive decisions
  3. Representing listings at open houses and private showings
  4. Managing transactions from offer to close with AI-assisted admin support
  5. Deepening your local market knowledge to serve clients with confidence
  6. Growing your book of business within a team structure built for high volume

What You Bring to the Table

  1. Active real estate license (required)
  2. Genuine commitment to working and converting Zillow preferred leads
  3. Sales experience is a bonus, hunger and coachability matter more
  4. Strong communicator who builds rapport quickly and follows up without being asked
  5. Organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing a remote schedule
  6. Tech-friendly and open to tools, including AI, that sharpen your edge

The Details

  1. Pay: $48,000 to $196,000 per year (commission and bonus based)
  2. Schedule: Monday through Friday with weekend availability, largely self-determined
  3. Location: Remote-capable
  4. Perks: Flexible schedule, AI-powered admin support, bonus opportunities, full RE/MAX brand backing

The Mike Wood Team is growing, and so is your opportunity.

We run a high-volume, high-support operation and we're looking for agents ready to match that energy. If working a premium lead source with a team that's invested in your success sounds like the right fit, we want to hear from you.

Apply today. Let's talk about what's possible.
