About the Role: Are you an out-of-state Board Certified Behavior Analyst looking to leverage your credentials for a high-paying, fully remote clinical role? We are seeking dedicated, high-caliber BCBAs to provide top-tier remote clinical oversight, behavioral programming, and telehealth supervision for pediatric autism cases in the Passaic, New Jersey area.

Licensure Requirement: Because our clients are located in New Jersey, candidates MUST hold an active New Jersey Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential in good standing at the time of application.

Key Clinical Responsibilities:

  • Conduct remote behavioral assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS) and design comprehensive, individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for children on the autism spectrum.

  • Provide high-quality remote supervision, clinical mentorship, and support to our on-the-ground Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) executing the programs.

  • Graph and analyze behavioral data regularly through our practice management platform to modify programming and ensure steady client milestone progress.

  • Conduct regular telehealth caregiver training and family collaboration sessions to promote generalization of skills.

  • Ensure all clinical documentation, treatment plans, and authorization reports meet rigorous insurance billing requirements and compliance guidelines.
