Job Summary:
Valicy is a company that creates games and the machines they run on, emphasizing a culture of care and excellent gaming experiences. The Jr. Game Designer will support the game development process, ensuring that all games meet quality standards in design, functionality, and performance.
Responsibilities:
• Understand company Mission, Vision, and Values and be an ambassador of MVV
• Understanding of market needs and requirements
• Creation and organization of game design documents
• Project timeline creation, tracking and organization for all games
• Create, update, and maintain the necessary pools, math, frequencies, and required lab documentation for the game
• Participate in all needed check points to maintain an efficient game creation process
• Collaborate with the art department and games department to ensure the game meets the vision and standard the Game Designer wants as per required by the company needs
• Responsible for game quality
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required:
• Must have a working knowledge of Office Software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Excellent communication skills -written and verbal
• Acute attention to detail
• Problem analysis and problem solving
• Highly organized
• Team-oriented
• Able to multitask without loss of quality
• Basic understanding of game design and development
Preferred:
• 3+ years of experience in Game Design
• 3+ years of Unity and C# development experience
