Strategic Partnerships Lead (Digital Health)

Remote - Preference East Coast

About the Role

We are building a new kind of commercial function in digital health one that blends clinical credibility with strong deal execution.

As a Strategic Partnerships Lead, you will take executive-level interest from health systems and drive it through to signed partnerships. This is not a traditional sales or customer success role. Instead, you will operate at the intersection of clinical, operational, and commercial stakeholders, advancing complex hospital partnerships from early alignment through contract.

What Youll Do

  • Own progression of enterprise healthcare opportunities from initial executive interest to signed agreement
  • Map and engage stakeholders across clinical, operational, financial, and IT teams
  • Translate clinical value into clear business cases and aligned use cases
  • Drive next steps across budget, procurement, legal, and compliance processes (BAAs, security reviews, etc.)
  • Maintain deal momentum and proactively unblock stalled processes
  • Partner closely with internal clinical, product, and leadership teams to ensure credibility and alignment

What Were Looking For

  • Experience working in or alongside health systems, hospitals, or digital health companies
  • Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Demonstrated ownership in advancing initiatives, partnerships, or deals, not just supporting delivery
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Ability to balance clinical understanding with commercial thinking

Why This Role is Unique

  • Direct ownership of high-impact healthcare partnerships
  • Exposure to executive stakeholders across leading health systems
  • Opportunity to shape how a company builds and closes complex clinical partnerships
  • Blend of strategy, execution, and real-world clinical impact
