Position Overview

Bright Tomorrow Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist to join our team of professionals in providing exceptional mental health services. This full-time, remote role focuses on treating individuals with mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Work Environment

This position allows for remote work, providing flexibility while maintaining effective client support through virtual platforms. The schedule is typically Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional evening and weekend shifts on a rotational basis to accommodate our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the symptoms of mood disorders in clients, considering the severity, frequency, and duration of their conditions.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans, aligning them with their personal goals and preferences, and ensuring they resonate with their cultural backgrounds.
