This position allows for a remote work setting, with flexible yet structured hours throughout the week. Our dedicated team operates Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a work-life balance that promotes well-being for both our employees and the clients we serve. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, fostering an understanding of their unique challenges.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their specific goals and preferences, enhancing engagement in the therapeutic process.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment outcomes.
• Provide education and ongoing support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders and treatment options to empower informed decision-making.
• Monitor client progress through regular evaluations and adjust treatment plans based on individual needs and responses to therapy.
• Work alongside psychiatrists and medical staff to ensure a holistic approach to care, integrating pharmacological perspectives into treatment when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the integrity of patient information.
• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings, contributing to collaborative discussions and sharing best practices in mood disorder management.
• Advocate for clients’ mental health needs, helping to reduce the stigma surrounding mood disorders and promoting access to appropriate care.

Your role will center around supporting individuals grappling with a range of mood disorders. This may include adults and older adolescents experiencing conditions such as major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and related emotional difficulties. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing their quality of life and overall mental wellness.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in the state of Texas.
• Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in evidence-based treatment methods, particularly CBT and DBT.
• An understanding of psychopharmacology and effective communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams.
• A proven track record of successfully treating clients with mood disorders, demonstrating tangible improvements in their mental health outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• Demonstrated experience using evidence-based therapeutic techniques specifically in mood disorder treatments.
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team setting, enhancing collaborative approaches to client care.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client tracking.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
