The Opportunity:

With all the information accessible today, it takes a capable specialist to know how to collect, organize, and present data concisely to clients. If you have professional or military experience in analysis, along with a can-do mindset, we have an opportunity for you to use those skills to help enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of senior government and military decision-makers and planners, and support real-world missions in a dynamic, client environment.
As a Biotechnology Intelligence Analyst, you will support defense analytical requirements with enhanced scientific and bio-engineering research, reverse bio-engineering analysis and characterizations, facility and vulnerability assessments, and analytic production on foreign biomedical capabilities. You will combine your knowledge of advanced computing, robotics, engineering, and sensors to examine medical devices, equipment, and systems. You will work closely with healthcare professionals, scientists, and researchers to identify supply chain vulnerabilities and assist with various challenges that arise in the field of biomedical engineering.
You will be part of a unique multidisciplinary team assisting partners to fuse operations and intelligence information to enhance government efforts against current and emerging threats and counterproliferation efforts. You Have:
  • 8+ years of experience supporting defense analytic requirements with scientific or bioengineering research, including computing or robots
  • Experience reviewing analytical products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support
  • Knowledge of the latest biomedical trends, advancements, and technologies and systems that contribute to diagnosing, treating, and preventing diseases
  • Ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal oversight
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
