About the Role
We are looking for a motivated GTM (Go-to-Market) Engineer to join our growing Revenue Operations team. This is a 100% remote position open to qualified candidates across the United States.
As a GTM Engineer, you will help build and optimize the systems, automations, and data infrastructure that power sales, marketing, and customer success. You'll collaborate across teams to improve lead management, automate business processes, and deliver insights that drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain GTM workflows that support sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Develop lead routing, lead enrichment, and account management workflows.
  • Integrate CRM, marketing, and data platforms using APIs and automation tools.
  • Design dashboards and reports to monitor pipeline performance, conversion rates, and revenue metrics.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends and improve business processes.
  • Develop and maintain ETL workflows for revenue and customer data.
  • Support CRM data quality, governance, and process optimization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
  • Create technical documentation and workflow standards.
  • Troubleshoot automation and system integration issues.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Systems, GTM Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields.
