Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth assessments to understand clients' psychological needs and gather necessary background information.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique challenges.
  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions, adopting various therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness approaches, and trauma-informed care.
  • Establish measurable therapeutic goals and continuously monitor and document client progress to ensure efficacy in treatment.
  • Provide flexible teletherapy options, accommodating clients who may face accessibility challenges or prefer remote sessions.
