This is a fully remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home or another conducive environment of your choice. The role supports a flexible schedule, making it ideal for therapists who wish to manage their time effectively and accommodate a healthy work-life balance. As a member of our outpatient office, you’ll be part of a dedicated team that collaborates virtually, utilizing technology to connect and share insights.

• Provide individual counseling sessions via video chat to help clients navigate their mental health challenges and promote personal growth.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to encourage clients to share their feelings, thoughts, and experiences, fostering deeper self-awareness and insight in their lives.
• Evaluate clients’ mental health conditions comprehensively, creating tailored treatment plans that reflect their individual goals and needs.
• Act as an advocate for your clients, helping them set and achieve realistic, meaningful objectives.
• Document client progress and treatment outcomes accurately while minimizing unnecessary paperwork, as our administrative support team manages billing and other logistics.

You will work primarily with pre-screened clients demonstrating low acuity, which allows for a focus on developmental challenges and life transitions instead of crisis management. This includes individuals seeking guidance with their emotional well-being, relationship dynamics, and personal development. Our streamlined approach means that clients are stable and ready for therapy, allowing you to give your full attention to their growth.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Current independent licensure (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) issued by the state board. Please note that limited or provisional licenses cannot be accepted.
• Strong capability to perform clinical evaluations and create responsive treatment plans based on individual assessments.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach are vital for making meaningful connections with clients.
• Proficiency in using technology and online tools to enhance the therapeutic process.
