Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) aimed at addressing the familyโ€™s needs during treatment.
  • Facilitate support sessions for families to strengthen their coping strategies and emotional well-being.
  • Monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment strategies in alignment with established best practices.
  • Administer evidence-based interventions while building rapport with clients and their families to create a nurturing therapeutic environment.
