A growing immigration law firm is seeking three remote bilingual receptionists to join its client intake and communications team. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate and detail-oriented and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
  • Answer incoming calls from current and prospective clients
  • Communicate professionally in both English and Spanish
  • Route calls to the appropriate team members
  • Schedule consultations and appointments
  • Take detailed and accurate messages
  • Enter the caller information into the firm's case management system
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality
  • Support the legal team with general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
