Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and spiritually grounded Multi-Media Learning Developer to design and produce engaging, biblically rooted learning experiences. This role blends storytelling, theological insight, and multimedia production to bring Scripture to life through videos, interactive scenarios, and compelling digital content. You will use metaphors, vivid imagery, plain facts, and creative calls to action to help learners connect deeply with biblical truths.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Design
    • Develop multimedia learning modules that include videos, animations, and interactive scenarios.
    • Translate complex biblical concepts into accessible, engaging formats using storytelling, metaphors, and real-life applications.
    • Incorporate power words, cliffhangers, and CTAs to drive engagement and spiritual reflection.
  • Video & Media Production
    • Script, storyboard, and produce short-form and long-form video content.
    • Collaborate with voiceover artists, editors, and designers to ensure high production quality.
    • Use visual storytelling to reinforce theological themes and biblical narratives.
  • Instructional Design
    • Apply instructional design principles to create content that supports various learning styles.
    • Design learning paths that include bullet points, examples, and references to authoritative sources (books, articles, commentaries).
    • Ensure content aligns with doctrinal standards and educational goals.
  • Collaboration & Research
    • Stay current with trends in Christian education, digital learning, and media production.
    • Research and integrate references from trusted biblical scholarship to support content authority.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Theology, Christian Education, Media Production, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in multimedia content creation, preferably in a faith-based context.
  • Strong understanding of biblical theology and Christian discipleship.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro), animation tools, and e-learning platforms.
  • Excellent storytelling, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and theologically, balancing innovation with doctrinal integrity.
