Pay Transparency: Our salary ranges are structured to provide opportunities for growth and advancement within a role. As a result, most new hires are placed between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on qualifications and experience, while the top of the range is generally reserved for employees who have demonstrated sustained expertise and performance in the position. The anticipated pay for new hires entering as a Senior BI Developer is between $100,000 to $125,000. The anticipated pay for new hires entering as a Lead BI Developer is between $115,000 to $144,000. The full pay range for Sr. is $100,000 to $150,000, and the Lead is $115,000 to $173,000.  Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications, and company tenure & equity. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance and individual performance.

Senior Business Intelligence Developer Overview

The Senior Business Intelligence Developer (Sr BI Developer) will support the needs of the business by designing, implementing and maintaining data solutions across BI reporting, data integration, data extracts, governed datasets and production data support. The primary focus of this role includes analyzing business requirements to design, develop and update dashboards, reports, data extracts, ETL/ELT processes, data marts and other BI solutions. The solutions developed by the Sr BI Developer should focus on timely, cost-effective, reliable and supportable methods for achieving deliverables. The Sr BI Developer should adhere to development, testing, change management, documentation, data governance, security and operational support standards. Performs design, management and administration of BI platforms, data processes and reporting environments. The Sr BI Developer also explores emerging technologies to support and enhance BI and Data Services capabilities and provides technical leadership to junior team members.

Lead Business Intelligence Developer Overview

 The Lead Business Intelligence Developer (Lead BI Developer) is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining and supporting data solutions to support the needs of the business and the Data Services function. This includes analyzing business requirements to design, develop and update dashboards, reports, data extracts, ETL/ELT processes, data marts, governed datasets and other BI solutions in a timely, reliable and cost-effective manner.   • Supports data integration, data mart, reporting and analytics solutions from source systems through downstream consumption
