Senior Automation Estimator (Remote – U.S.)

Are you a seasoned BAS/controls expert looking to lead high-impact estimating efforts for massive data center projects? Join a forward-thinking team shaping the future of hyperscale and colocation infrastructure. As a Senior Automation Estimator, you’ll take ownership of proposals for $10M–$150M+ projects (10–200MW), leveraging your technical depth to drive speed, accuracy, and reliability.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead full-cycle estimating for BAS, PLC, SCADA, EPMS, and OT systems.
  • Build detailed cost models and lead client estimate reviews.
  • Implement cutting-edge estimating tools and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across engineering, procurement, and business development.
  • Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors and maintain pricing databases.
  • Mentor junior estimators and publish KPIs to drive success.

What You Bring:

  • Lead estimator on ≥5 mission-critical projects of at least 40MW
  • 8+ years of estimating experience in automation or mission-critical systems.
  • Strong knowledge of platforms like Rockwell, Schneider, Ignition, Tridium.
  • Skilled with tools like Bluebeam, Procore, Power BI, and bid platforms.
  • Familiar with NEC, NFPA 70E, UL 508A, and Uptime Tier standards.
  • Commercial savvy, clear communication, and problem-solving mindset.
