Senior BI/Cognos Reports Developer Job Description
The Sr. BI/Cognos Reports Developer will work directly with GTRI business user community and business analysts to define and document reporting/dashboard requirements. Under broad supervision, designs, codes, tests, modifies and debugs computer software.
In this role, the Senior BI/Cognos Reports Developer at Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI), Enterprise Systems Department (ESD) will bring an expert level of experience for developing reporting solutions which enable users to make business decisions.
  • This individual will workclosely with key partners/stakeholders to gather requirements, design,build, enhance reports and dashboards and other ad-hoc queries.
  • These solutions will bedeveloped by accessing our various data warehouse and operations systems.
  • The Senior BI/Cognos ReportsDeveloper will work directly with the GTRI business user community andbusiness analysts to define and document reporting/dashboard requirementsto support.
