Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, establishing a collaborative foundation for therapy.
  • Provide individual and family therapy tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient, helping them navigate their mental health challenges.
  • Manage documentation, including billing and insurance authorization forms, while creating individualized treatment plans within specified time frames.
  • Develop and implement crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans to support patients in maintaining stable functioning.
  • Create and execute discharge plans to optimize the transition process for patients completing therapy.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and all company policies and procedures.
  • Engage in ongoing training and continuing education to maintain and enhance professional competence in the mental health field.
  • Participate in regular case consultation and agency meetings, contributing to a culture of teamwork and quality improvement.
  • Complete all necessary licensure requirements and mandatory training as set forth by the organization.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice caters to a diverse client population, including individuals and families from various cultural backgrounds and experiences. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will work closely with clients facing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that results in licensure.
