• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews to determine clients' needs and risks.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in partnership with clients, taking their cultural backgrounds and specific goals into account.
• Implement evidence-based interventions such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) tailored to various settings—including individual, couple, family, and group therapy.
• Provide crisis intervention services, working in tandem with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuous care for clients experiencing acute distress.
• Maintain precise clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to clinic policies and regulatory standards.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, equipping them with effective tools for managing their challenges.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers—to coordinate comprehensive care pathways that fully support patient recovery.
• Perform regular outcome assessments to evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust plans as needed.
• Stay current with the latest research, trends, and best practices in the mental health field, and integrate this knowledge into your clinical practice.
• Uphold ethical standards at all times, ensuring the confidentiality and safety of client information.

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals at a detox center who are navigating the complexities of substance use disorders along with accompanying mental health challenges. • A Bachelor's degree in Social Work is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to connect with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Previous experience in a detox setting or with substance use treatment programs is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care techniques and experience in implementing evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Experience working with clients across various demographics, including those facing adversity and challenging life circumstances.

The compensation package for this position includes a competitive base salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 84,000 annually, with actual compensation reflective of experience and qualifications.
