This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide impactful mental health services remotely while working from our outpatient office located in Escondido, California. The role is primarily focused on enhancing patient outcomes by delivering high-quality therapeutic interventions to individuals struggling with various mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Possession of an active mental health license (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) or PsyD required.
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong therapeutic alliances with clients.
  • A demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered care and mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits
