This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide impactful mental health services remotely while working from our outpatient office located in Escondido, California. This position supports a remote work setting, combining the flexibility of telehealth with the collaborative nature of an outpatient office. The workweek is structured from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a balanced work-life dynamic. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, challenges, and establish tailored treatment goals.
• Develop and implement structured therapy plans that facilitate progress and healing.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based interventions and solution-focused therapy techniques.
• Effectively manage crisis situations, employing de-escalation strategies to ensure client safety and care.
• Stay informed on the latest research, methodologies, and practices in mental health to continually enhance your therapeutic strategy.

Your caseload will include diverse client demographics, encompassing a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related issues, and substance use challenges. You will play a crucial role in supporting clients through their healing journeys, utilizing your expertise to foster resilience and recovery.

• Possession of an active mental health license (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) or PsyD required.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is essential.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong therapeutic alliances with clients.
• A demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered care and mental health treatment.
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage a diverse caseload and treatment schedules.

• A minimum of 2 years of applicable experience in a mental health counseling role is required.
• Experience working within a telehealth or virtual treatment model is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with solution-focused and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
