• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing personalized therapeutic techniques tailored to enhance client engagement and facilitate healing.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to assess and diagnose mental health disorders, developing comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs and goals.
• Collaborate with clients in establishing realistic treatment objectives and systematically monitor their progress to ensure the effectiveness of therapy interventions.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and connect clients with necessary resources, including emergency services or additional mental health support, when situations require urgent attention.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring all client records are thoroughly updated.
• Actively pursue continuing education and professional development opportunities, keeping abreast of the latest research and developments in mental health therapy.

The primary focus of this role involves serving a diverse client population, including individuals and families experiencing a range of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other life challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds, requiring culturally responsive and sensitive approaches to therapy. The LMFT will be instrumental in facilitating open communication and fostering a safe space for clients to address their mental wellbeing.

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Massachusetts is required.
• Completion of a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is mandatory.
• A minimum of four years of professional experience in outpatient mental health settings, demonstrating direct experience in therapy provision.
• In-depth understanding of evidence-based interventions and treatment methodologies relevant to family systems therapy.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to effectively engage clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience with digital therapeutic tools and telehealth platforms is advantageous, enhancing delivery of care in a remote setting.
• A familiarity with community mental health resources and networks within Massachusetts, fostering seamless referrals for additional support services.

Restora Care Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary in the range of $80,000 to $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
