• Conduct thorough assessments, including the use of recognized psychological assessments and clinical interviews, to accurately diagnose mental health conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting measurable goals and interventions that address the unique needs and aspirations of each client.
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate patient progress.
• Deliver crisis intervention services as needed, including assessments for suicidal ideation and recommendations for potential hospitalizations.
• Maintain up-to-date client records and comprehensive documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Engage in case management by coordinating care with other healthcare providers and specialists to ensure that each client’s needs are met holistically.
• Participate in ongoing training, staff meetings, and professional development sessions to stay current with industry best practices and emerging treatment modalities.

Your work will primarily focus on serving a diverse population that includes individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and interpersonal relationship issues. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a base salary, you will be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
