Remote LCMFT Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist in Kansas
Location: Kansas
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year + full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job Summary
We're hiring a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) to provide remote behavioral health services to clients across Kansas. In this role, you'll work with individuals, couples, and families who are navigating relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, family conflict, life transitions, and other mental health needs.
Your day will include conducting clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, leading virtual therapy sessions, tracking client progress, and completing timely documentation. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule and the ability to provide ongoing care entirely through telehealth.
Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy through secure telehealth sessions
  • Complete clinical assessments and identify appropriate treatment needs
  • Develop and update individualized treatment plans based on client goals and progress
  • Address relationship concerns, family conflict, mood symptoms, stress, and life transitions
  • Use evidence-informed therapeutic approaches appropriate to each client
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes and treatment documentation
  • Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment strategies when needed
  • Follow professional, ethical, privacy, and confidentiality requirements

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field that meets Kansas licensing requirements
  • Current and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) license in Kansas
  • Clinical experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families
  • Experience completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
  • Comfortable providing counseling through a telehealth platform
  • Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills
