• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their social, emotional, and psychological needs, facilitating tailored service plans.
• Deliver individual and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities to support clients facing various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders.
• Develop and implement actionable service plans that are aligned with each client's personal goals, offering guidance and support throughout their journey.
• Advocate for clients' rights, ensuring equitable access to resources and essential services while addressing broader social justice issues.
• Contribute to ongoing program development, evaluation, and grant reporting to enhance our service delivery and uphold accountability.
• Collaborate effectively with community organizations, healthcare providers, and governmental agencies to expand service offerings and improve community outcomes.
• Engage in regular team meetings to discuss case management strategies and participate in trainings focused on continuing professional development.

In this role, you will primarily serve clients at our Detox Center who are struggling with substance use disorders, as well as individuals facing mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population, including those from various socioeconomic backgrounds, and will be expected to provide culturally competent care, addressing the unique needs and barriers faced by each client.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program is essential for this role.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-informed care practices, social justice principles, and advocacy strategies.
• Exemplary interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting various deadlines.

• Experience working within a nonprofit organization or a similar setting focused on behavioral health will be highly regarded.
• Keen understanding of community resources and support networks that can benefit clients in need.
• Skills in cultural competency and an ability to engage effectively with diverse social groups.
