Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctorate degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in counseling, particularly in outpatient settings, is strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver optimal client care.
