This full-time remote role is designed for licensed professionals including Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), and Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC). • Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth, effectively addressing mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning challenges.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, goals, and preferences.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes in accordance with professional standards and organizational guidelines.
• Stay informed of the latest best practices and evidence-based interventions to enhance client care within the behavioral health field.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care and support, ensuring a holistic approach to client treatment.
• Participate in team meetings and clinical supervision to continue refining skills and share insights with fellow professionals.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including training sessions and workshops.

Your primary focus will be on teenagers and young adults facing various behavioral health challenges. By providing tailored therapeutic interventions, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the mental well-being of your clients. You will help them develop coping strategies, improve their emotional regulation, and cultivate resilience—contributing significantly to their overall life satisfaction and functioning.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients, ensuring a supportive and understanding therapeutic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to manage a high volume of clients effectively.

• Previous experience providing telehealth services is highly desirable, as it allows for a smoother transition into this role.
• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of various cultural backgrounds can enhance your practice and client rapport.
• Familiarity with documented treatment modalities and evidence-based practices related to mental health.

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, depending on your caseload and experience.
