• Establish and maintain a flexible client schedule by determining how many clients to see through our streamlined platform, Headway.
• Utilize marketing support and client referrals to actively grow your caseload and reach more individuals in need of care.
• Deliver personalized, client-centered therapy sessions by matching with clients based on your clinical skills and treatment preferences.
• Provide real-time support to enhance the client experience and streamline the care process for both clients and clinicians.
• Instantly verify clients' insurance benefits through our automated systems, ensuring seamless accessibility to mental health services.

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse population seeking support for a variety of mental health issues, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance use disorders. With our telehealth model, you will have the opportunity to connect with clients from varying backgrounds, understanding their unique challenges and providing individualized support to foster recovery and personal growth.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Professional Counseling, or a related field is required.
• A designated workspace that offers privacy and professionalism for patient interactions.
• Compliance with background and regulatory requirements to ensure client safety and care quality.
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health and substance abuse diagnostics.
• Proficiency in technology, including telehealth software and video communication tools.
• Experience in collaboratively working with clients to achieve their therapeutic goals.
• Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments to inform treatment planning.

• At least two years of post-licensure clinical experience.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
• Prior experience with telehealth platforms or similar virtual systems is preferred.

• Annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, based on client caseload and overall experience.
