• Conduct comprehensive assessments and therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families utilizing telehealth platforms.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to create individualized treatment plans that align with best practices and address clients’ unique needs.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay informed of current trends and methodologies in mental health care.
• Provide support and resources to clients outside of therapy sessions to empower them in their recovery journeys.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness and the services offered by Garden of Light Wellness and Therapy Center.

The Remote Behavioral Health Therapist will work primarily with diverse populations experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Our clients range from adolescents to adults, seeking support in navigating their emotional and psychological health. The ideal candidate will demonstrate sensitivity to cultural differences and a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for all clients.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current state license (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW-C) and certification as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in counseling or a related mental health field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrating an ability to engage and build trust with clients.
• Effective problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills to navigate complex client situations.
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHRs) and various telehealth platforms to ensure a seamless patient experience.

• Experience in an outpatient mental health setting or equivalent.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapies and modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Prior experience in a remote or telehealth-focused position is highly desirable.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 95,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and productivity. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
