The Mind Sync Behavioral Health Center is seeking fully licensed and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to join our innovative, fully remote mental health clinic. In your role as an LCSW, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth clinical assessments for students experiencing various mental health concerns, followed by developing tailored treatment plans using best practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Delivering therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities, according to each client’s individual needs and treatment preferences.
• Maintaining precise and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and the ethical standards of practice, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
• Working closely in a collaborative treatment team alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and educational professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for our clients.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to share insight and improve the quality of care provided in alignment with organizational standards.
• Providing education to patients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources to enhance understanding and support.
• Staying abreast of the latest research in the field of mental health and integrating this knowledge into your practice to improve patient outcomes.

Our primary client base includes students from various backgrounds who face mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. You will work closely with these individuals and their families, crafting individualized treatment plans that resonate with their cultural and socioeconomic contexts, thereby promoting a supportive and understanding therapeutic relationship.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Connecticut.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, specifically providing psychotherapy services in a school or community setting.
• Demonstrable proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients and their families.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and critical thinking to navigate complex clinical scenarios effectively.
• Ability to collaborate and engage with a team of multidisciplinary professionals in a remote setting.

While not mandatory, experience in school-based mental health services, familiarity with IEP and 504 plans, and knowledge of educational policies will be advantageous. Candidates who have worked with diverse populations are especially encouraged to apply.
