• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapeutic strategies for clients.
• Deliver individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, ensuring a thorough and consistent approach to client care.

The clients you will work with encompass a wide range of backgrounds and mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship challenges. • A master's degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with diverse clients.
