• Conduct virtual therapy sessions, utilizing interactive counseling techniques to engage clients effectively in their mental health journey.
• Perform thorough assessments to understand clients' emotional challenges and create tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs.
• Lead group therapy sessions designed to foster a sense of belonging and community among clients facing similar psychological challenges.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to guide clients in developing coping strategies and actionable steps for emotional growth.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations while also supporting quality improvement initiatives.

Your client base will encompass a diverse array of individuals ranging from teenagers to adults, many of whom are seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. As a counselor, you will play a vital role in helping clients navigate their struggles and celebrate their achievements.

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure in Oregon as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• At least two years of relevant experience providing mental health therapy and developing client-centered treatment protocols.
• Exceptional communication skills with an ability to establish a genuine connection with clients in a virtual environment.
• Proficiency in the use of technology, including telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

• Experience in working with a broad spectrum of mental health issues, particularly anxiety and mood disorders.
• Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is an advantage, demonstrating adaptability to virtual mediums.

The compensation package for this position is competitive, with an annual salary range of $90,000 to $110,000, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
