• Conduct thorough assessments to understand client needs and challenges, followed by the implementation of evidence-based therapeutic strategies.
• Provide timely documentation of client interactions and therapy sessions, ensuring all records are submitted within a 24-hour timeframe for compliance and quality assurance.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that align with individual client objectives, maintaining a client-centered approach throughout the therapeutic process.
• Engage in regular peer consultation sessions to ensure comprehensive care and support, encouraging an open dialogue about best practices and innovative mental health strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records in our electronic health record (EHR) systems, facilitating seamless transitions and continuity of care.

In this role, you will focus primarily on adult individuals and couples navigating a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Your expertise will empower clients to develop coping strategies, enhance their emotional intelligence, and work towards achieving personal goals in a supportive environment.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• A valid independent license in Oregon (LMFT, LCPC, LPC, LCSW) is mandatory for consideration.
• Proficiency in using virtual platforms and telehealth technology to deliver effective client care in a remote setting.

• Minimum of two years of professional experience as a mental health counselor in a clinical setting.
• Experience in creating and implementing treatment plans tailored to diverse client backgrounds and needs.
