The Integrated Care Licensed Mental Health Therapist will primarily serve adult patients experiencing a range of mental health concerns, particularly those with co-occurring medical issues. This role requires sensitivity and awareness of diverse patient backgrounds, including socioeconomic statuses, which can impact mental health. Your commitment to patient-centered care will help empower individuals to address their challenges in a supportive and understanding environment.

• Possession of a Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
• At least three years of direct experience in addressing mental health needs for individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and a proficiency in computer applications.
• Capacity to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team while maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards.

• Experience working in outpatient psychiatric settings and with integrated care models.
• Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based practices relevant to mental health treatment and crisis intervention.
