Job description

FNP | NP | PMHNP | MD | DO | Other Qualified Licensed Providers

Concise Healthcare is seeking licensed and experienced medical and/or psychiatric providers to join our growing telehealth provider team.

Concise Healthcare partners with behavioral health and substance use treatment facilities to provide medical and psychiatric services, evaluations, medication management, and ongoing clinical care to their clients. Our providers work collaboratively with the treatment facilities we serve while remaining part of the Concise Healthcare provider team.

This position provides telehealth care to clients across detox, residential/RTC, Partial Hospitalization Proram/PHP, Intensive Outpatient Program/IOP.

Responsibilities

Depending on credentials and scope of practice, providers may:

  • Conduct new-admission and follow-up telehealth visits
  • Provide medical and/or psychiatric evaluations
  • Provide ongoing medication management
  • Evaluate clients in detox and residential treatment
  • Monitor withdrawal symptoms, vital signs, and clinical status
  • Provide psychiatric care to PHP, IOP, and virtual clients
  • Review medications and assess treatment response
  • Make appropriate medication recommendations and orders within scope of practice
  • Communicate with facility clinical and nursing staff
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Communicate treatment recommendations and medication changes
  • Participate in established clinical and medication-management protocols
  • Collaborate with Concise Healthcare's Medical Director and clinical team


Client Populations

Providers may work with clients receiving:

  • Detoxification services
  • Residential/RTC treatment
  • Partial Hospitalization Program/PHP
  • Intensive Outpatient Proram/IOP
  • Virtual behavioral health services
  • Co-occurring substance use and mental health treatment

Visit frequency varies by level of care and clinical need. Coverage needs and schedules may vary based on client census and program requirements.


Ideal Candidate

We are looking for providers who are:

  • Licensed and in good standing
  • Comfortable providing telehealth care
  • Experienced in behavioral health, substance use treatment, psychiatry, or related settings
  • Comfortable working independently within their scope of practice
  • Reliable, responsive, and clinically thorough
  • Strong communicators
  • Able to complete documentation promptly
  • Comfortable working with multidisciplinary treatment teams

Experience with detox, residential treatment, SUD, PHP, IOP, psychiatric medication management, or co-occurring disorders is strongly preferred.
