Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and therapeutic goals.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective treatment.
  • Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower them in their healing journeys.
  • Monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on individual responses.

Qualifications
