Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations of clients to accurately identify their mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment strategies.
  • Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to support clients in managing and coping with mental health challenges, including emotional struggles related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.
  • Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, focusing on shared experiences and psychoeducation to help participants build connections and develop coping strategies.
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans, setting clear, measurable goals and selecting therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique situation.
  • Assist clients in crisis situations, offering immediate support, conducting thorough risk assessments, and coordinating emergency interventions as necessary, drawing upon established crisis management protocols.
