• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP).
• Deliver therapeutic services in a remote setting to individuals, families, and groups while maintaining a flexible schedule that can adapt to the needs of your clients.
• Participate in weekly supervision sessions with the clinical director or lead therapist to ensure consistent professional development and adherence to ethical standards.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with agency standards, local and federal regulations, including treatment plans and outcome assessments.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, contributing insights and strategies toward holistic patient care and support initiatives.

This position primarily focuses on providing therapy to children and adolescents, addressing various mental health issues like anxiety, depression, and trauma. You will also have opportunities to receive cross-training to work with adult clients. Our diverse patient population means you will encounter a wide range of challenges while employing diverse therapeutic strategies tailored to individual needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Nevada.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical or counseling setting, showcasing your expertise in therapeutic practices.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, and trauma-informed care is highly preferred.
• A strong understanding of the legal and ethical considerations in mental health treatment.
• Demonstrated ability to function effectively as part of a healthcare team.
