This role operates in a fully remote setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining high standards of client care. • Conduct individualized therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary care teams to assess client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Document all clinical interactions meticulously, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

You will work with a wide range of clients, including individuals and families dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. • A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy is mandatory.
• Possession of an active license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) is required.

• Experience with diverse populations and knowledge of various therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT) will be advantageous.
• Prior experience working in a community health setting is strongly preferred.
