• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to diagnose client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address specific goals.
• Oversee a caseload of 25-30 clients weekly, engaging in individual, family, and group therapy sessions, with a focus on client-centered care.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation, including clinical assessments, treatment plan updates, and session notes, aligned with organizational policies and compliance standards.
• Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions and techniques to empower clients in achieving their mental health objectives.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and medical staff, to coordinate holistic care for clients, ensuring seamless integration of services.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families, embodying the clinic's values of compassion and acceptance throughout the therapeutic process.

The successful candidate will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (or equivalent) is required.
