The LCSW will primarily work from home but will engage regularly with team members through virtual meetings and case discussions. • Provide direct clinical services to clients facing major mental health challenges or severe emotional disorders, conducting both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the specific needs of clients and develop personalized treatment plans that foster empowerment and choice.

• Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team, ensuring alignment on care plans and monitoring client progress toward therapeutic goals.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required for this role.

• Active LCSW licensure in the state of Arizona, ensuring compliance with state practice standards and requirements.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience is preferred, providing a solid foundation in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and effective interactions with clients and team members.

The starting salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
