• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience working with children and adolescents in a behavioral health setting.
• Strong knowledge of child development and mental health disorders, alongside evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a compassionate, child-centered approach to care.
