• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to diagnose and understand clients’ mental health concerns, forming the foundation for effective, tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices conducive to promoting client well-being and personal growth.
• Collaborate with clients to establish achievable therapeutic goals, monitoring progress regularly to ensure they are on track to overcome obstacles and achieve enhanced mental health.

The clients you will support range from adolescents to adults who are navigating various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A valid and current licensure in Illinois as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor’s degree is required, while a Master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.

• Exhibiting empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach toward clients' unique challenges and experiences.
