As a Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and developing tailored treatment plans that cater to individual circumstances.

• Active and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a Psychologist (PsyD).
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; however, candidates with a Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology will be preferred.
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and establish therapeutic connections in a remote setting.
• Exhibit empathy and understanding of clients' unique experiences, challenges, and backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities to manage therapy sessions and documentation efficiently.

While required qualifications include a valid counseling license and a relevant degree, ideal candidates will have professional experience in providing therapy via virtual platforms, demonstrating their ability to adapt therapeutic practices to a digital environment effectively.
