This position is remote, providing you with the flexibility to work from home while engaging with clients through virtual platforms. • Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to accurately identify client needs.
• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored treatment plans incorporating individual goals and cultural backgrounds.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in individual, couple, family, and group settings.
• Provide crisis intervention services, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for clients in acute distress.
• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries, in compliance with clinic policies and healthcare regulations.
• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with tools and strategies to effectively manage mental health conditions.
• Engage in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurses to coordinate comprehensive care tailored to each client.
• Regularly assess treatment outcomes, making necessary adjustments to enhance effectiveness and client satisfaction.
• Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in the mental health field, integrating new knowledge into clinical practice.
• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality of client information in all interactions.
