• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
• Provide group, family, and individual counseling sessions to enhance emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care, drawing from diverse professional perspectives.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records, adhering to ethical and legal standards in practice.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Soul Escape Behavioral Health Center, you will work with a diverse population of clients, many of whom may face significant barriers to accessing mental health services. Your expertise will support individuals and families dealing with various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with varied clientele.
