This position offers the flexibility of remote work, providing you with the convenience to conduct sessions from a suitable environment while still being part of a cohesive interdisciplinary team. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to maintain a balanced work-life schedule. We leverage various digital tools and platforms to facilitate communication, documentation, and therapy sessions, ensuring connectivity and collaboration among team members.

• Provide intensive counseling, psychotherapy, and case management services focused on the mental health needs of your clients.
• Conduct comprehensive mental status evaluations, observing and documenting any changes in a client’s mental health.
• Maintain organized and thorough records, including case notes, treatment plans, and progress reports, to track client development effectively.
• Adopt a calm and empathetic demeanor when addressing challenging or high-stress situations, employing de-escalation techniques to mitigate emotional distress.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, case managers, community resources, and medical healthcare providers to create a coordinated care approach for clients.
• Facilitate impactful therapeutic interventions in both individual and group settings tailored to the specific needs of clients.
• Contribute to team meetings by sharing strategies and insights that enhance the quality of care and promote team success.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will be crucial in understanding their unique backgrounds and experiences, allowing for personalized engagement and effective therapeutic intervention.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Possession of a Maryland Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) designation, with the ability to practice independently.
• High level of empathy and emotional intelligence, allowing you to form strong rapport and trust with clients.
• Demonstrated success in providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills necessary to handle a full caseload effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and compassionate interaction with clients and team members.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Experience working collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team environment.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic models and an ability to integrate them into practice.
