• Group Therapy: Facilitate dynamic group sessions designed to foster connections among clients, enabling them to share experiences and learn from one another.
• Individual Therapy: Provide empathetic one-on-one counseling, guiding clients through the exploration of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while developing individualized coping strategies.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate actively with clients to craft focused, goal-oriented treatment plans that align with their unique needs and preferences.
• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools to track client progress and outcomes, adjusting treatment approaches based on feedback and evaluation.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside a dedicated team of mental health professionals to coordinate care, consult on complex cases, and ensure optimal outcomes for each client.

Your primary focus will be young adults experiencing mental health and mood disorders, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. You will play a critical role in supporting these individuals as they navigate their challenges and strive for improved mental well-being.

• Master's Degree in a relevant field, such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Current Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) credential.
• Demonstrated experience in mental health treatment, particularly with clients facing various mood disorders, in either outpatient or residential settings.

• Proficiency in therapeutic methodologies, including motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Knowledge of telehealth tools and practices, enhancing remote therapy session effectiveness.

• Annual salary ranging from $85,000-$100,000, reflecting your expertise and experience.
