Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)- Full Time

Join Optimal Care Therapy's Remote Team!

Optimal Care ABA Therapy offers In-Home Therapy Services throughout the state of Illinois for children ages 0-15 with autism. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! As a BCBA with Optimal Care Therapy, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans

  • Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support

  • Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed

  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success

  • Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards

  • Immediate start in September
