The Bilingual Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician will be responsible for working with families in-home to complete behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, provide family consultations and trainings, and supervise direct treatment. The Bilingual Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician is responsible for completing all required documentation pursuant to ongoing treatment, including, but not limited to the development of treatment methodology and interventions; writing of progress reports; and development of treatment plans. The Bilingual Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician will be responsible to guide the staff to ensure the effective implementation of home-based services for our clients.

The Bilingual Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician will supervise Direct Support Professionals. This position does not provide direct supervision to other clinical staff.

A true FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE! Afternoons, evenings, and weekends available.

Qualifications:

● Bilingual

● Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related human services field of study

● Active clinical license – LCSW, LICSW, LMHCA, LMHC, LMFTA, LMFT

● Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle

● Experience working with children and adolescents with moderate to severe special health care needs that experience chronic developmental, cognitive, physical, medical, neurological, behavioral and/or emotional conditions.

● Availability to work morning, after school, and evening hours

● Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills

● Effective written and verbal communication skills
