Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Kansas (Remote)

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Job Summary: Seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide comprehensive behavioral services to individuals with disabilities across Kansas. This fully remote role involves conducting assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and collaborating with families and care teams to support positive behavioral outcomes.

Responsibilities:

•Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans

•Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)

•Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

•Collect and analyze behavioral data to ensure effective outcomes

•Provide direct instruction and behavioral support services

•Train and support families, caregivers, and other professionals

•Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance care quality

•Develop strategies for managing and reducing challenging behaviors

Qualifications:

•Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification - Required
