Your Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide RBTs/Therapists in implementing treatment plans

  • Conduct client interviews and prepare individualized treatment reports

  • Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs

  • Conduct quarterly competency assessments

  • Review and analyze behavior and skill acquisition data through Central Reach
